Graph Reports or Excel Spreadsheet Type Records :
There are 3 Criteria to generate a Report
Time
- Monthly
- Yearly
- Custom : Start Date or End Date
Type
- Booking Report
- Revenue Amount
- Profit Amount
- Cancellations
- Check-in/Check-Out Report
Filters
- Hotel Wise
- Country Wise
- City Wise
- Total = API + CRS
- CRS only
- API only
- From B2B agents ( All Agents or a group of agents )
After selecting these criteria the system will generate both Graph Reports and Spreadsheet reports.
The reports can be downloaded and also sent in a email from the back end. For each report we need these two fields both on the graph and spreadsheet reports:
- No Of Bookings/Cancellations
- Average Size of Bookings/Cancellations
