Account and Data Removal
Request removal of your TalkWink account or particular account data.
Request removal by email
Send an email to Salman@decordtech.com with the subject TalkWink account deletion. This also applies to accounts in the current Up for it web version.
- Include your app username and, if your account has one, its sign in email.
- Say whether you want the whole account and associated data removed, or only particular data.
- Send from your account’s email where possible. We will contact you to verify ownership before processing removal.
You can make this request without installing or opening the app. Do not include a password, recovery code or identity document.

What an account removal request covers
It covers your account profile and sign in information, preferences, notification subscriptions, invitations, and your stored chat and media data. Any necessary security or legal retention exception will be explained when we respond. Earlier data may remain temporarily in backups, and copies saved by other people are outside our control.
We will confirm receipt, explain any verification required and provide the expected completion time in our reply. Submitting a request does not immediately delete the account.
